Team Referral Program

Team member referrals are one of the most effective recruiting practices in finding candidates that are both qualified for the position and are a complement to our culture.

PROGRAM GUIDELINES:

The first employee to refer a candidate is eligible for compensation as outlined:

  • $500 for a referral that is hired full-time, in good standing and employed for 180 days (referring employee to be paid at the end of 180 days)

  • $1,500 for any technician that is hired full-time, in good standing and employed for 365 days (referring employee to be paid $500 after 90 days, $500 after 180 days, and $500 after 365 days)

  • $250 for a referral that is a seasonal hire, in good standing and employed for the entire season (referring employee to be paid at the end of the season)

Parties not eligible to participate in the program:

  • Temporary, contract, interns, or former employees

  • Human Resources and Direct Hiring Manager
