  • Equips apprentices with hands-on experience, structured learning, and personalized mentorship. Partnering with local technical schools like Lincoln Tech, Porter and Chester, and Platt Tech, we provide apprentices with the opportunity to train alongside experienced technicians, rotate schedules based on business needs, and gain on-the-job expertise.

    Apprentices receive consistent support through bi-weekly check-ins, skills assessments, 30-60-90-day reviews, and open communication with Gault University. They also participate in in-house and vendor-led training sessions, covering topics such as low-voltage wiring, HVAC, troubleshooting steam systems, and more, while building essential customer service and problem-solving skills. With mentorship and real-world evaluations, our program ensures apprentices are fully prepared for success.

  • Equips Sales and Customer Representatives with the skills to place the customer at the center of every interaction, improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

    Technicians undergo training in customer communication to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and kindness during appointments. Seasonal curriculums are reviewed with technicians and customer representatives to continue life-long learning.

  • Technicians have the opportunity to enroll in Gault-created classes covering a wide range of topics, including low-voltage wiring and HVAC troubleshooting.
