Mason Delivery Driver

Gault Family Companies is seeking a results-driven Stone Yard Supervisor / Dispatcher to lead daily operations at our Seaview Bridgeport Yard. This hands-on role oversees dispatching, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and customer service, while ensuring the yard remains safe, clean, and well-organized. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional communication, and advanced mathematical skills to drive efficiency, accuracy, and outstanding customer experiences.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Safe operation of a mason flatbed or dump truck.

  • Provide safe, punctual, consistent, and reliable deliveries to customers.

  • Participate in and complete all required pre-trip inspections, DOT compliance, and company training.

  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

  • Ensure all deliveries are accurate as per order and COD payments are collected.

  • Work outdoors in all weather and driving conditions.

  • Perform basic truck maintenance and vehicle checks.

  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Log mileage/inventory and maintain accurate delivery records.

  • Receive cross-training to assist the Energy Department with oil and propane deliveries during peak seasonal demand.

  • Miscellaneous duties as required.

  • Hazmat Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification

  • 1 year minimum experience driving dump trucks or other large trucks

BENEFITS:

100% field work. Driving a variety of trucks to customers, getting in and out of the truck numerous times throughout the day to make deliveries. Pulling hoses up to 100 feet, climbing over fences, walls, and landscaping may be required during energy deliveries. Working outside in all weather conditions.
